2004 True Grit - 750ml We've been making Petite Sirah since the 1940s. This one is special. Heady aromas of ripe fruit, white pepper and vanilla followed by an intense rush of fresh blackberry, dark chocolate, pepper and caramel flavors. True Grit is a natural with seared steak, sausage, grilled pork loin and smoked meats. It is a revelation with more adventurous preparations: shrimp with black pepper pasta, cold lamb salad, salmon with raspberry sauce. LIMIT: 6 bottles per customer order.
